A Note From Our Founder: 17 Years of Making Strategy Happen
Seventeen years ago today, I founded Execution Specialists Group (ESG) around a simple idea: large enterprises don’t fail for lack of strategy — they struggle with the disciplined, predictable execution of it. Our purpose was to help companies turn intent into action, and to use change as a catalyst for strength rather than disruption. That mission has guided every project, every relationship, and every promise we’ve made and kept since day one.
Today, that same mission is more relevant than ever. The emergence of AI is reshaping how work gets done at every level, and we are privileged to be working at the center of this transformation with some of the world’s largest companies — helping leaders make confident decisions about the humans and machines they need to succeed in this new era.
I’m deeply grateful for our exceptional ESG team and the extraordinary clients who continue to trust us with their most ambitious journeys. The next chapter — redefining how business truly works in an age of human+digital intelligence — is already underway, and I’ve never been more confident or more energized about the potential ahead.
