ESG Announces Expansion of Team with Shannon Donnelly as Principal Consultant – Sales Operations

This strategic addition is pivotal in enabling the firm’s Enterprise AI Practice to continue to scale efficiently while maintaining ESG’s relationship-driven, change management-centered approach.

Prior to ESG, Donnelly served as Sales Incentive Specialist at Vertiv, Inventory Manager and Business Analyst at Brackett Imports Inc., and Margin Manager at School Speciality, Inc. and Nicholas and Company. She also held various sales and margin management roles at Corporate Express. In her role as Principal Consultant – Sales Operations, Donnelly will apply her extensive background in analyzing, developing, and executing pricing strategies for optimizing profit margins as she partners with ESG leadership, advisory leads, and the Enterprise AI Practice team to develop client-facing deliverables, oversee client data practices, and enhance feedback loops for ESG’s sales and engagement processes.
