As part of Salesforce’s annual Dreamforce conference, Execution Specialists Group CEO Mark Newhall, who is also serving as interim Chief Strategy Officer for r.Potential, participated in an onstage discussion with The Adecco Group CEO Denis Machuel. The session explored the development of digital workers and the evolution of the human-AI hybrid workforce through the work being advanced by r.Potential.

“We don’t want AI to happen to us[…]we want to control how that happens,” emphasized The Adecco Group CEO Denis Machuel. “It was not about buying another product or technology, it was to fundamentally think about how work gets done[…]it’s fundamentally a reinvention of the company.”
