ESG Welcomes Technology Engineering Leader Monira Gonçalves As Principal Consultant to Expand Enterprise AI Transformation

Execution Specialists Group (ESG), a leading strategy and execution consulting firm empowering clients to run and change their businesses through the transformative power and promise of AI, has has announced the addition of Monira Gonçalves to its expanding team as Principal Consultant. Gonçalves’ engineering expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives to drive strategic growth and deliver impactful, scalable solutions will bridge critical clients gaps between theoretical AI use and operational reality as ESG continues to scale its Enterprise AI Practice.

In her role as a principal consultant, Gonçalves partners with ESG clients to operationalize AI integration strategy, and ensure that technical initiatives directly transition to profitable, sustainable adoption. 

Previously, Gonçalves led several leadership roles within the Media & Entertainment industry as a Senior Cloud Program Manager, Enterprise Technology Architect, PMO Specialist, and other key roles at Globo, resulting in multimillion-dollar portfolio governance within the company’s agile transformation program, contributions to its enterprise architecture strategy, and the development of an award-winning cloud transformation program for television content production operations. She is also an IEEE-published researcher in submarine telecommunications and biomedical engineering. Gonçalves holds a Masters of Business Administration in Business Analytics, Management, and AI from Hult International Business School and Fundação Getulio Vargas, and completed her engineering undergraduate degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and UC San Diego.
